Greenfingers Annual Open Day
Wow wow wow !! What an amazing day we had today.
The weather held out, the scarecrows stood tall and everybody had such a wonderful day !
I have to thank everybody who made it possible !

To our volunteers Yvon Appleby, Frances Westby, Linda Pickering Yvonne Mcfall, Paul Bragg, Christine Copsey and The Bay: A Blueprint for Recovery , we couldn't have done it without your help!
Also to all the plot holders and general public, who came and supported us, we couldn't do it without all your support.

I am so pleased to say the takings were amazing too !
The open day totalled £554.36, the poly tunnel to date has raised £936.00 so our running total is £1,490.36..... which is just amazing ! 🎉
The Scarecrow competition was a huge success and visitors loved it!
The winner by only 1 vote was The clown (plot 13), second was Eric Morecambe (plot 40) and 3rd Donald Trump (plot 4)
