About Us
Welcome to the Greenfinger's Allotment!
Our community-driven allotment thrives on the passion of our dedicated committee and members of all ages and gardening abilities.
Together, we foster a friendly and welcoming environment, to sustainability, while adhering to Council and site guidelines.
While our main goal is to grow vegetables, many of our plot-holders also take joy in nurturing flowers and fruits, making the allotment a true extension of their home.
What do we offer
On site we have 21 full plots, 30 half plots, 2 starter plots and 11 raised beds, making our site inclusive and accessible to all ages and abilities.

We offer diverse growing areas suitable for all ages and abilities, making it easy for everyone to connect with nature.

Our friendly and welcoming environment features toilet facilities, a communal area complete with a pizza oven, and a cozy hut.

Join us for regular social gatherings and enjoy our beautiful orchard, perfect for relaxing while watching the birds feed.

Take part in our annual open day, purchase plants in the plant sale or if you have a sweet tooth, explore the cake sale.

30 Half Plots
Experience the ease of our Half plots, which measure around 30ft x 25ft, ideal for growing your favorite produce without the hefty commitment. 21 FULL
PLOTS
Our full plot measure approximately 60ft x 25ft.
Ideal for enthusiastic gardeners, this area offers ample space to cultivate a variety of plants and flowers.
With enough room for a shed and even two greenhouses, you can have your own gardening sanctuary.

2 Starter Plots
The starter plots, measuring 15ft x 25ft, is ideal for beginners eager to dive into gardening. With just enough space to cultivate a variety of plants, you can easily grow herbs, vegetables, and even a few flowers. The manageable size allows you to learn the basics of planting and maintenance without feeling overwhelmed. Get ready to enjoy the satisfaction of watching your garden flourish!
11 Raised Beds
11 raised beds measuring 8ft x 4ft. These accessible beds are designed with priority given to those with reduced mobility, ensuring everyone can enjoy gardening. Our site includes a communal greenhouse and convenient water facilities to support your gardening needs. Join us in cultivating a thriving green space for all!
